On SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th, we are hosting an event for Women's Health and have partnered up with Canadian Tire's Jumpstart Charity to help raise awareness for kids who may be facing financial barriers to access sports!

Wildcard Strength & Conditioning Workout
* Saturdays are reserved for our world-class trainer to evaluate the week's workouts and plan an epic workout that allows him to use his experience to create a fun and exciting workout. Sam likes to use strength exercises on Saturday with core and cardio exercises to burn some calories.
Donate today to help kids facing financial and accessibility barriers access sport and play. Together we can help raise money so kids can participate in sports while learning new skills, building confidence, and boosting their self-esteem.
All donations raised will go to Jumpstart Charity.
During the event, stop by our booths to learn more about our local women leaders, business entrepreneurs and mental health experts in our community.
