Kam's Road to the NYC Half Marathon
Hi everyone,
As many of you may know, I will be heading to New York in March 2024 to participate in the United Airlines NYC Half Marathon! (13.1 Miles / 21.1 Km) I ask for your support to prepare for my trek through Prospect Park, Brooklyn, Times Square and the finish line in Central Park. Please join me in supporting kids through Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities!
Jumpstart helps kids facing financial and accessibility barriers access sport and play. Since 2005, Jumpstart has helped over 2.4 million kids across the country get involved in activities like hockey, soccer, swimming and ballet. I am extremely fortunate to participate in this race. I wish to dedicate this incredible athletic opportunity as a means to create opportunities for kids in sports.
My goal is to raise $1310 - that's $100 for every mile raced! Together, we can help kids learn new skills, build confidence, and boost their self-esteem. Every dollar of your donation helps them get into the game, and motivates me further in training - and on race day!
