ONE class for $10 or ALL THREE classes for $25! (Don’t worry if you can’t make the date or time, once you register/donate for any of the 3 classes you will be provided the recording to follow along at your leisure)

HOW TO DONATE:

2. Type in your Amount – Please ensure to DISPLAY the amount (Anonymous Donation will NOT count)
3. Put in your credit card information
4. In the MESSAGE BOX Please indicate which classes you would like to take (Lunch, Brunch or Supper)

Once Donations are received you will be provided with a Microsoft Teams link, grocery list, and prep instructions prior to the class!

Simple Healthy Supper: June 29th @ 6:00pm
Charred Cauliflower, Chipotle and Lentil Tacos with Homemade Pineapple Salsa
**Cauliflower can be substituted with steak strips or chicken

Quick Cuban Lunch (Using leftovers!): July 13th @ 11:30am
Shredded Crispy Citrus Chicken with Mojo Sauce, Avocado and Rice
**Chicken can be substituted with black beans

Family Brunch: July 31st @ 1:00pm
Ricotta and Raspberry Pancakes, Berry & Fennel Salad with Maple Yogurt Dressing, The Perfect Poached Egg (with smoked salmon OR mushrooms)
Paired with a peach and basil Bellini
**alcoholic can be substituted with non alcoholic prosecco OR chilled sparking water

Meet Chef Alex Page,

Chef Alex has been working professionally as a chef for the past ten years, teaching cooking classes across Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area. He loves entertaining through food and believes that food has the power to bring us together and create important conversations.

His love for locally sourced ingredients inspires recipes that are accessible and simple to recreate in your own home. He believes that when we use high-quality ingredients, we can practice simplicity in the kitchen and still enjoy elevated dishes.

He currently hosts public events at farms located around Durham Region, teaches Farm to Table Tourism at Durham College, and is the host of the new upcoming show “The Roaming Chef” on Bell Fibe TV1.
