About Employees for Jumpstart (E4J)
The E4J campaign is a company-wide initiative that brings employees together to raise funds and awareness for Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities.
Jumpstart helps children facing financial and accessibility barriers participate in sport and physical activity. Since 2005, the program has supported over 4 million kids across Canada, giving them the opportunity to develop confidence, teamwork skills, and a lifelong love of being active.

Our Goal
As the HR & CRE team, our goal is to make a meaningful impact by raising funds that will directly help kids in our communities get into the game. Every dollar we raise contributes to:
(1) Removing financial barriers to sport participation
(2) Providing equipment and registration support
(3) Creating inclusive opportunities for all kids to play
Together, we aim to not only meet our fundraising target but to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
