Learn to Crochet!

✨ Beginner Crochet Workshop for Charity ✨

Have you ever wanted to learn a new skill? Ever wanted to experiment with different forms of creative expression? Wanted to do something with your hands and took a pottery class but it never stuck?

Most importantly, do you ever want to just wind down after a stressful day, but don't know how to switch off for a while?

We've got just the thing for you.

Join us for a fun, easy Beginner Crochet Workshop!

🧶 What you’ll learn:
Over the course of two fun, hands-on sessions, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the basics of crochet. Our goal by the end of it is for you to learn how to make a granny square (a great beginner project, and throw a few of those together and you've got yourself a cardigan or a blanket).

📅 Session 1 (11th June, lunchtime): Learn the basics and get started with our squares!
📅 Session 2 (18th June, lunchtime): Continue working on the squares, with your crochet guides to help troubleshoot and guide you to complete the squares!

💛 What's in it for you?
✅Learn a new skill with two crochet enthusiasts to guide you
✅All materials will be provided and yours to take home, to help you kickstart your crochet journey!
✅✨Cozy vibes ✨ during lunch to help you unwind mid-day
✅Supporting a great cause

Sign up with a minimum donation of $15! (and shoot a message to Hira Iqbal on Teams once you've done so!)
Both classes will be tentatively held at 20 Eglinton, room 932 on the 9th floor.

✨ Come for the craft, stay for the good times—and leave with skills (and supplies!) that last well beyond the workshop. ✨
