Hi Friends,

I’m participating in Employees for Jumpstart 2022, a CTC campaign to raise funds for Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities. This year, I'll commit to doing a weight training workout in full 14th century medieval armour.

=== Level 1: $100 ===
Light warmup: jumping jacks, lunges, stretches.

=== Level 2: $200 ===
The core: planks, wood choppers, etc.

=== Level 3: $300 ===
Arm day: curls, shoulder press, rows

=== Level 4: $400 ===
Bodyweight: pushup, unburdened squat

=== Level 5: $500 ===
The trio: Squat, Bench Press, Dead Lift

=== Stretch Goals ===
If we exceed $500, extra exercises can be added in $50 increments, voted upon by donors.

Filming, courtesy of Ali Ashayeri, will take place and the video will be shared to all donors!

Jumpstart helps kids facing financial and accessibility barriers access sport and play. Since 2005, Jumpstart has helped over 2.4 million kids across the country get into organized sports.

Please support me by hitting the “donate” button to make a secure online donation.

Together, we can help kids learn new skills, build confidence, and boost their self-esteem. Every dollar of your donation helps kids get into the game!

Level 5 Alert: there are rumours of doing this at an in-person event, in which case the squat and bench press will be modified.

I spent an hour doing armoured cardio on Saturday, could barely move on Sunday!
